Dr. Abdul Qadeer khan, the great muslim
nuclear scientist of this era. He plays an
important role in the field of nuclear physics
in Pakistan. Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan has
carved out an enviable place in the national
history of Pakistan for his outstanding
achievements in the field of nuclear energy.
He is already a legend in his lifetime.
Dr. Khan has published more than 139
scientific papers in the fields of nuclear
science and physical metallurgy in reputed
international journals, besides four well
known books on Physical Metallurgy
along his famous book Physical metallurgy'.
Pakistan is capable of producing nuclear bomb and the scientist , at
Kahuta would prove this if asked by the government. The country had
developed the technology of enriching uranium upto 90 percent and was
able to setup a reactor for the production of Nuclear bomb. However
the plant at Kahuta was meant to generate nuclear power for peaceful purposes.
